A series of posters and print ads were created as part of a campaign to recruit women volunteers to lead Girl Scouts. The message needed to overcome the obstacle that most women believe they have little to offer scouts because they don’t camp, hike or teach crafts. In reality, the most important prerequisite for being a leader is the ability to understand what it’s like to be a girl from an emotional and social perspective.
